When fear comes with its deception, everything else you ever know or wish to do could meltdown before your eyes. Fear would make you see yourself less and create a false identity in your mind about what does not exist.
What many people do not know about F.E.A.R is that it is only a False Evidence Appearing Real.
At every giant step you are about to take or a decision you are about to make, you need to understand that fear will surely knock at your door. However, it is up to you not to give it a chance in your mind.
One way to overcome your fear is to stay calm prior to making your decision. Mastering your fear requires shutting down anxiety first. Do not let anxiety dictate to you at the point of making a decision. Rather than making decisions out of anxiety or pressure, you could take time out or get involved in something else before coming back to your decision.
In addition, fear does not attack your action; it only creates self doubt in your mind. Once you know that fear cannot stop you from taking action, then, it is expedient you give that aspiration a try. I will rather try and fail than not do anything at all.
Consequently, learning to master the art of decision making does not mean everything will be perfect. So, do not always let fear make you think perfection is equal to perfect decisions. There are some effective decisions you will have to make that you assume to be perfect but the consequence does not turn out as you anticipated. At those times, regret should not be your resolve. Learn to find comfort in knowing that you made the right decision and you did it meticulously.

What exactly do you want to achieve? How do you plan to achieve them? What future do you want for yourself? What are your goals? All these questions would help you look inward before making any decision.
Knowing what you want is one piece of the cheese, knowing how to get it is another. Identifying what you need is very important in making an effective decision. Now, Effective decision-makers not only understand what they want, they also know how to get it.
- Master the Art of Decision Making by Changing Your thought Patterns
Your thoughts determine your words, and your words invariably determine your actions. You cannot think negatively and take positive actions. Your thoughts can’t be contrary to your actions and decisions. Likewise, you cannot think impossibly and still make an effective decision. Your thoughts must be well aligned and your mind intuitive to make an effective decision.
Surprisingly, many decisions people make these days are from experiences, hear-say, Netflix and what they see on social media. What we see and hear gets into our minds through the gateway of our ears and eyes. Once these things become settled in the mind, you begin to outlive them through your action.
For example, a person who gives much time and attention to watching pornography would experience a distortion in the brain. Porn can hijack the brain activities, alter its functions and cause retardation in the mind. Once the mind is affected, the thought pattern cannot be right and decisions making for a regular porn viewer will be affected because porn destroys its victim’s willpower to make the right decision.
Subsequently, if your decision making strategy is through someone else’s experience, what you watch, or popular opinion from social media, you might be making the mistake of judging a fish and a monkey with the same yardstick in a swimming competition. I mean to say that you should never make a decision based on another person’s ideology. If you have been doing that before now, I think now is the best time to change.
Truly, your thought functions by information. The bottom line is to never consume all information hook, line and sinker. There are things you know that have been making you make wrong decisions. If you will learn from others at all, make sure you learn from someone who is an expert in what you are about to do. Mastering in the art of decision making requires learning from masters as well.
In addition, explore information specific to things that would help you reach out to your higher self. You change your life by changing what you feed into your mind as information.
